RETURN & CANCELATION POLICY
We believe our clients should be completely satisfied when making a purchase from us. So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase you can return the item up to 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your non-sale or non-custom order to us for a refund of the merchandise value, which was paid by you. We will pay return shipping charges for defective items. You will have to pay return shipping charges if you change your mind about your purchase due to your personal reasons.
We require that the item being returned is sent back in the original packaging and that the merchandise is in the same condition.
We require you to contact us prior to returning any merchandise to get approval and further instructions for return. Do not sent the returned items to the manufacturer of the item.
Once your return is received and inspected, your merchandise refund, if applicable will be processed and will be initiated within 7 days. Please allow a few additional days for your financial institution to post the return to your account.
CUSTOM ORDERED ITEMS
Custom order merchandise is non-cancellable if the production has been started. Prior to the production of the item, the cancellation may be made if the manufacturer accepts cancellation. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we reserve the right to restrict sale of those items. If the customer becomes aware of a price discrepancy of a product listed for sale, or a product description error, and the customer has purchased the item with a perceived price discrepancy or product description error, customer shall within 48 hours of discovery, alert Décor Accents of the error. After reviewing the circumstance, we will make the appropriate correction and inform the customer. If the customer is still interested in purchasing the item after the error(s) have been corrected, we will process the sale based on the corrected price and information. Otherwise we reserve the right to refuse the sale. If Décor Accents discovers the error, the customer will be informed of the error within 48 hours and the same process as mentioned above will be followed.
REFUSAL OF DELIVERY
If you refuse delivery of the item(s) when it reaches your address, you will be charged for all shipping cost, including the cost to return the item(s) to Décor Accents or the manufacturer. You will also be charged for any credit card fees that have been incurred along with handling and restocking fee (minimum 25%) imposed on us by our suppliers. This does not apply to refusal of damaged products.
INSPECTING YOUR DELIVERY
It is your responsibility to evaluate the possibility that the product may have been damaged during shipping. Please take picture of the shipping box or container and the damaged item for reference. If there are obvious damages to the shipping box, please note that on the shipping papers or shipping manifest of the delivery company if you were asked to sign for the shipping.
Décor Accents is an authorized retailer of products that we sell. We we will gladly assist you with any warranty claims. But please realize that we are not the manufacturer and are restricted to the warranty policies set forth by the manufacturer of the products. We do not offer any express or implied warranties of our own. In addition, most manufacturers’ warranties only cover true defects in materials and workmanship. Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, abuse, neglect, lack of preventive maintenance, improper installation or other end-user induced problems.
