At Decor Accents we have the philosophy of “elegance is in simplicity”. Décor Accents has been evolving for more than a quarter of a century. It was founded as Carol V. Designs, a home based floral design and home décor business, in Binghamton, New York by Carol Vaziri in 1993. Over the ensuing years, Carol’s vision, her taste and artistic talent earned her the highest reputation and the prestige of becoming the most sought after floral designer and home decorator in upstate New York. In 2009 after moving to Atlanta area, Décor Accents was born as a retail store, which soon became the prime destination for discriminating home décor and floral design clients in Peachtree City, Georgia. Décor Accents was transferred to Vero Beach in 2013 after Carol and her family chose to move to the sunshine state. At Décor Accents we carry an extensive selection of wall art, clean line furniture, home decor accessories, one-of-a-kind permanent florals, and beautiful gifts.
Our product lines revolve around clean and contemporary aesthetics. Carol Vaziri
Carol Vaziri, the owner of Decor Accents, has more than 25 years of experience in the design and permanent floral industry. She started Carol V. Designs, a custom floral and design business, in Binghamton, New York in 1993. During her 16-year career in Binghamton she developed a reputation as the pre-eminent floral designer and decorator in up-state New York. Her work was featured in a number of exclusive venues including distinguished homes, private country clubs, historic mansions and luxury hotels.

In 2009 she and her family moved to the Atlanta area, where she ran two very successful and unique home decor stores in Peachtree City, Georgia. Upon moving to Vero Beach, Florida she unveiled Decor Accents in 2013 bringing a new and fresh look in home decor to Vero Beach. Carol's signature style of elegant simplicity is breathing new life into Vero homes. Her clean, simple and elegant style can transform an ordinary home to a luxurious, stunning and sophisticated one.
